To make 12 keto recipes, you will need to buy 12 large baking pans.
The pans are not only large enough to bake 12 brownies, but also large enough that you can bake the entire batch at once.

Here’s how to make 12 large ketos: 1 cup flour (1 cup whole wheat flour) 1 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup shortening 1/3 cup honey 1 cup granulated sugar 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon 1/10 cup almond milk 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, to garnish 1 cup grated fresh ginger or rosemary 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/12 cup almond butter 2 eggs 1 cup shortened butter, room temperature (1 stick) 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon almond extract 1 tablespoon baking soda 1/1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon almond extract 4 large eggs 1/6 cup short-grain brown rice, cooked and drained Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, milk, baking powder, salt, and butter.

Recipe Notes To make these ketoes, you can either use a 2-cup loaf pan or 1-cup mini loaf pan.
Both are great.
But the 1-cups are much easier to work with.
The 2-cup is easier to clean, but the 2-inch wide pan makes it easier to cut.
