‘I’m not a hero’ – ‘I feel so guilty’ – why did I wear a cape for Halloween?

Posted September 20, 2018 12:03:46A man who wore a cape and mask for Halloween has been accused of committing fraud.

The unnamed man told The Independent he thought the costume would make him look like the superhero The Incredible Hulk.

“I’m a bit of a sceptic but it just seemed like the right thing to do,” he said.

“It’s just a bit embarrassing to wear it when you are not the Hulk, it’s not right.”

When it comes to superheroes it’s usually not about what people think.

“A spokesman for the US Department of Justice said the federal investigation is ongoing.”

The Department is aware of the allegations and has begun an investigation into these claims,” the spokesman said.

He said the Department of Homeland Security was providing consular assistance.”

While we do not comment on ongoing investigations, we will continue to take appropriate action if appropriate,” he added.”

We take seriously any allegations of fraud or criminal activity and will work closely with our Federal and state partners to bring to justice those responsible for this alleged conduct.
