The best way to make this ketom beef burger is to combine two of the best keto meats, beef and cheese.
If you want to make beef burgers, then you’ll need to use the beef burger recipe that is on Ketom-burgers’ website.
This is the one you’ll want to purchase at the Ketonx store in your area.
You’ll need about 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef, 4 to 6 ounces of finely ground shredded beef, and 1 1/4 ounces of shredded cheese.
You’ll also need about 1 1 1 /2 cups of brown rice.
Brown rice is the rice that you’ll be using to make your brown bread.
You’re going to use brown rice instead of whole wheat because it’s a much easier to digest and digest a grain.

Here are the steps for making a keton ketom and ketosketom burgers:Step 1.
Wash and cut the ground beef into two or three pieces.
Chop the beef and cut it into 1 1-inch pieces.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground meat and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add a few pieces of browning liquid to the skillet and cook until the liquid begins to thicken.
Add more browning to the pan to thin it out.
Remove the skillet from the heat and add the shredded beef and browning sauce.
Reduce the heat to low.
Remove and set aside for 15 minutes.
The next step is to add the browned beef and cook it for another 3 to 5 seconds.

If you don’t like the flavor of the beef, you can use a vegetable masher or a cheese grater to separate out the meat, cheese, and fat.
Let the beef cook for a further 15 minutes or so until the mixture has absorbed the liquid and has become very thick.
